Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 eggs at room temperature
- 1 tsp vanille essence
- 3/4 cup oil
- 11/2 cup sugar

Method:
- Add oil, sugar and vanilla essence in a large bowl and mix together until well combined.
- Add eggs and mix well.
- Then add the wet ingredients into it and mix well. Do not over beat.
- Line a square baking tray with parchment paper and pour the batter into it.
- Preheat the oven to 175C for 10 minutes.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the brownies to cool and then cut into squares.
