Easy Brownies

 Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 eggs at room temperature
  • 1 tsp vanille essence
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 11/2 cup sugar

Method:
  1. Add oil, sugar and vanilla essence in a large bowl and mix together until well combined.
  2. Add eggs and mix well.
  3. Then add the wet ingredients into it and mix well. Do not over beat.
  4. Line a square baking tray with parchment paper and pour the batter into it.
  5. Preheat the oven to 175C for 10 minutes.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow the brownies to cool and then cut into squares.

One bowl white chocolate brownie turned into chocolate brownie


Ingredients:


  • 1 stick of butter
  • 85 grams of chocolate chip or white chocolate chip
  • 150 grams or 3/4 cup sugar 
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chip optional

Method:

  1. Melt butter and sugar on slow flame in a bowl.
  2. Once melted remove from the heat and add sugar.
  3.  Whisk the sugar until its completely combined.
  4. Then add the eggs and vanilla essence and mix well.
  5. Whisk in the flour and then fold in the  chocolate chip until combined .
  6. Preheat the oven @175C for 10 minutes.
  7. Pour the batter into a pan evenly.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes until a tooth comes out clean.

Topping if you need:
  •  200 grams icing sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup cocoa butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • few tsp of water    
  • Beat the butter in a medium speed, gradually add the icing sugar and cocoa powder alternatively with vanilla essence and water.
  • once all added beat until creamy and all well combined.
  • Frost the brownies before cutting into squares.

    Avocado Fudge Brownies


    Ingredients :
    • 2-3 avocado
    • 1/2 cup honey
    • 1 tsp vanilla essence 
    • 3 eggs 
    • 1/2 cup flour
    • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
    • a pinch of salt
    • 1 tsp baking soda






    Method:

    1. Smash the avocado using a hand held mixi.
    2. Then add honey into it and beat well.
    3. Vanilla essence into it and beat.
    4. Add the 3 eggs and mix well.
    5. Add flour , cocoa powder and baking soda and beat well until well batter is properly mixed.
    6. Preheat the oven 175C for 10 minutes.
    7. Pour the batter into a pan and level it. 
    8. Bake it for 20 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean.
    9. Cool and serve with ice-cream .

    Mocha Brownies

    Ingredients:
    • 55 gms butter
    • 115 gms chocolate chips
    • 175 gms brown sugar
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 tbsp of instant coffee powder dissolved in 1 tbsp hot water cooled.
    • 85 gms plain flour
    • 1/2 tsp baking powder
    Method:
    1. Place butter, sugar and chocolate chips in a pan and melt over a low heat.
    2. Once melted , leave it cool.
    3. Beat the eggs separately well.
    4. Add the coffee mix into the chocolate mix. 
    5. Then add the eggs into it.
    6. Lightly fold the flour into the mixture.
    7. Pour the mixture into a tin.
    8. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes@ 175C.
    9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
    10. Cool in the tin for a few minutes before you serve.

    Brownies

    Ingredients:

    • 3/4 cup cocoa
    • 4 eggs
    • 1 1/4 cup flour
    • 1 cup butter/oil
    • 2 cups sugar
    • 1 tsp vanilla
    • 1/4 tsp salt

    Method:
      •  Melt the 1 cup butter.
      • In a mixing large bowl, sieve in cocoa powder.
      • Add sugar and stir well.
      • Pour the melted butter into the bowl and stir well.
      • Beat the eggs with the fork.
      • Add to the the mixture.
      • Add vanilla essence and stir again
      • Add the flour and salt.
      • Mix until smooth.
      • Preheat the oven @ 175C for 10 minutes. 
      • Pour the mix into a greased tin and spread out evenly .
      • Bake for 40- 50 mins, till the brownies begin to pull away from the side of the pan.
    • Cool overnight, cut into squares.

    Another One bowl Brownie

    Ingredients:

    • 250 grams chocolate chips
    • 100 grams of salted butter
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 2 eggs +1 yolk
    • 1 cup flour
    Method:
    • In a steel deep pan melt butter and chocolate chip in a very slow heat ( 1 for electric) until it melts.
    • Remove from heat and then add sugar and mix well.
    • Then add eggs and yolk.
    • Add mix well.
    • Finally and the flour and mix until it is all combined.
    • Do not over mix.
    • Preheat the oven @ 175C for 10 minutes
    • Pour the batter into a pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean.
    • Remove from the oven and let it cool. 
    • Then cut into squares

    Chocolate Coconut Brownie



    Ingredients:

    • 1/2 Oil or Coconut oil melted
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1/2 cup flour
    • 1/2 coco powder
    • 1/4 tsp baking powder
    • 1 cup coconut flakes
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 tsp vanilla essence
    Method:
    1. In a small bowl whisk flour, coco powder and baking powder.
    2. In a medium bowl cream oil, sugar and vanilla essence.
    3. Add eggs one by one beat until its smooth.
    4. Add the flour mixture beat until its well blended.
    5. Fold in 3/4 of the coconut.
    6. Pour the mixture into a pan.
    7. Sprinkle remaining coconut over the top.
    8. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 175C.
    9. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

    Brownie using wheat cake flour



    Ingredients:

    • 250 grms chocolate chips
    • 1 cup wheat cake flour
    • 100 gms butter
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
    • 1 tsp vanilla essence
    • 3 eggs 

    Method 


    1. Melt butter and chocolate together on a low flame.
    2. Once melted remove from the heat and add sugar.
    3. Add cocoa powder.
    4. Mix well and let it cool.
    5. Then add eggs one by one.
    6. Add vanilla essence and mix well.
    7. Preheat the oven @ 175C for 10minutes.
    8. Pour into a brownie pan and bake it for 20 min or until a tooth pick comes out clean.

    Devilish Chocolate rownie


    Ingredients:

    • 200 g dark chocolate  chips
    • 150 g butter
    • 2 tsp vanilla essence
    • 150 g caster sugar
    • 3 eggs beaten
    • 75 g plain flour
    • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
    • 100 g milk chocolate chips

    Method:

    1. Melt the dark chocolate chip & butter in a low flame.
    2. Remove from the heat and stir in the sugar, then set aside for few minutes
    3. Beat in the eggs, then sift the flour, cocoa powder and salt and fold in until the mixture is smooth and glossy.
    4. Stir in the Milk chocolate chips.
    5. Pour the the mixture  into the prepared tin and level the top.
    6. Bake in a preheated oven @ 175 C  ( 20 to 30 minutes depends upon the size of the oven) until the toothpick comes out clean.
    7. Cut the brownies into squares.

    Mocha Brownies

    Ingredients:

    • 55 grams butter 
    • 115 grams plain chocolate
    • 175 grams brown sugar
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 tbsp instant coffee powder dissolved in 1 tbsp of hot water
    • 85 grams flour
    • 1/2 baking powder
    • 55 grams  chopped peanuts (optional)








    Method:

    Place butter and chocolate in a saucepan over low heat until melted.
    Stir and set and aside to cool.

    Place the sugar and eggs in a large bowl and cream together until light and fluffy.
    Pour the chocolate mixture and the cooled coffee and mix.

    Sift in the flour an baking powder and lightly fold into the mixture.

    Pour the mixture into a tin.
    Bake in a preheated oven @ 175 for 20-25 minutes.

    Cool in the tin for few minutes.
    Cool completely and when cold cut into squares.

    Brownies by cookies & cups

    Ingredients:
    • cup butter melted
    • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
    • 2 eggs
    • 3/4 tsp vanilla
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1 cup flour
    For Frosting:
    • 1/4 cup butter, room temperature
    • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
    • 1/4 cup water
    • 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
    Method:
    1. In a bowl of stand mixer combine melted butter and cocoa powder, mix on medium speed.
    2. Add eggs and vanilla.
    3. Beat until thickened and smooth.
    4. Add in sugar.
    5. Beat until well mixed and add in flour.
    6. Mix until combined.
    7. Preheat the oven @ 175C for 10 minutes.
    8. Spread in a pan and bake for 20 minutes.
    Frosting:

    1. While the brownies are baking , prepare the frosting.
    2. Beat butter and cocoa powder tother.
    3. Add in water.
    4. Add the powdered sugar and beat until smooth.
    Allow the brownies to cool for about 10-15 minutes and then spread the frosting.
    The brownies will still be warm. Allow brownies to cool completely before cutting into squares.

    Another Chocolate Brownie


    Ingredients:



    • 150g semi sweet chocolate
    • 1 stick butter
    • 1 c sugar
    • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
    • 3 eggs
    • 3/4 c flour
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp vanilla

    Method: 


    1. Preheat the oven to 350 F/ 180C and line an 8 inch square baking tin.
    2. In a large stainless steel bowl, melt chocolate and butter together. 
    3. Add sugar + cocoa powder and whisk together. 
    4. Add in the eggs one by one and whisk till they are just mixed. 
    5. Fold in flour + salt . 
    6. Add the vanilla. 
    7. Pour the batter into the prepared tin and bake for 25 -30 mins or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out with a few moist crumbs.

    Chocolate Milk Brownies...

    Before I forget the recipe or lose it ....I decided to write in my blog.... perfect chocolate Brownies.... tooo good.

    Source of the Recipe: Deeba's passionate about baking.

    Ingredients I used for this.

    • 250 gms Chocolate chips (I used hersley's)
    • 1/2 cup or 100 grams butter
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 2 large eggs
    • 3/4 cup flour
    • 10 g or 1 tbsp cocoa power.




    The way I mixed and baked :


    • Melt the butter gently. Switch of the heat.
    • Add the chocolate chips. 
    • Mix well and let it cool.
    • Add the sugar, eggs and vanilla essence  and whisk.
    • Add the flour, cocoa  and salt .
    • Mix well with a rubber spatula until well mixed.
    • Pour the mixture and spread evenly into the tin.
    • I used non-stick round tin.
    • Preheat the oven 175C and bake for 15 minutes( Depending upon the oven the time of baking defers)
    • Remove gently from the pan.

    Brownies...... smitten kichen

    Ingredients:



    • 10 tbsp / 141 grams butter
    • 1 1/4 cup sugar
    • 3/4 cup + 2 tbsp cocoa powder
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla essence
    • 2 large eggs cold
    • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
    Method:

    1. Combine the butter, sugar, cocoa and salt in a medium heat proof bowl. 
    2. Set the bowl over a pan of simmering water.
    3. Stir from time to time until the butter melted and the mixture is smooth.
    4. Remove the bowl from the pan.
    5. Stir in the vanilla with a spoon.
    6. Add the eggs one at a time and stir vigorously after each one.
    7. When the batter looks well blended and the flour and stir it until u cannot see them.
    8. And then beat for at least 40 strokes with a rubber spatula.
    9. Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the tooth pick comes out clean.

    Coffe-chips Brownie......what ever u want to name it


    I wanted to bake brownie which is not a heavy chocolate and has a tint of coffee taste...  So tried my new combination....!!!

                                                                
                                                                   Ingredients:

    • 100 grams butter
    • 100 grams self-raising flour
    • 100 grams almonds and cashewnuts ground
    • 100 grams sugar
    • 50 grams chocolate chips
    • 3 eggs.
    • 1 tsp coffee









    Method : 

    1. Melt butter , add sugar and chips and stir in the pan over a flame .
    2. Remove from the flame.(do not keep it too long in the flame)
    3. Add coffee powder and mix.
    4. Once cool, add the eggs and beat it well.
    5.  Finally add the flour, powdered almonds and cashew and mix it until just moistened.
    6. Preheat the oven at 180C.
    7. Bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

    Brownies



    Its been quite sometime.... hardly been able to blog during the holidays but I did bake cakes n cookies n Devil's cupcake but couldn't take photographs. My first blog for this new year is Brownies. I really wanted to try this recipe from www.zoomyummy.com , I tried it and turned out to be perfect.... so here goes the recipe...... thanx Petra


    Ingredients:

    • 1 cup all purpose flour
    • 1/4 cup cocoa flour
    • 1/2 tsp baking powder
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 110 grams butter
    • 240 grams semi- sweet chocolate
    • 1 cup sugar 
    • 3 eggs

    Method:

    1. Whisk the flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa and set aside.
    2. Chop the chocolate and met with butter over a pot of simmering water.
    3. Keep stirring until smooth and remove from the fire.
    4. Add sugar and mix to combine.
    5. Finally add the flour mixture and mix it until just moistened.
    6. Preheat the oven at 175C.
    7. Bake for 20 -25 minutes until toothpick inserted comes out clean.











    Brownies when eaten with ice cream is deadly combination .... !!!
