Ingredients:
- 250 grms chocolate chips
- 1 cup wheat cake flour
- 100 gms butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 3 eggs
Method
- Melt butter and chocolate together on a low flame.
- Once melted remove from the heat and add sugar.
- Add cocoa powder.
- Mix well and let it cool.
- Then add eggs one by one.
- Add vanilla essence and mix well.
- Preheat the oven @ 175C for 10minutes.
- Pour into a brownie pan and bake it for 20 min or until a tooth pick comes out clean.
