Victoria sponge cakes
Ingredients:- 175 gms spoke vegetable spread
- 175 gms flour
- 175 gms sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
Method:
- Whisk the stoke spread, egg, castor sugar and vanilla essence.
- Add the sieved flour, baking powder and soda powder.
- Whisk until smooth.
- Preheat the oven @ 175C for 10 minutes.
- Pour the batter any required tins.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until a tooth pick comes out clean.
