- 2 white onion
- 1 medium capsicum
- 1 tomato
- 3 tbsp oil
- 10 pcs of prawns
- Wash and cut the onions, tomato and capsicum into medium sizes.
- Heat oil.
- Saute the above vegetables until soft.
- Add the prawns cut into half into the pot.
- Cook for few minutes.
- 3 tbsp chilli paste
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- Add the chilly paste and soya sauce into the pot.
- Cook for sometime and keep it aside.
- 2 cups penne pasta
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp salt
- Boil water and pour over the pasta.
- Add oil and salt.
- Cover and keep aside.
- After 10 minutes drain the water from the pasta.
- Add the pasta into pot with vegetables and mix well.
- Add salt to taste.
- 2 spring oninos
- Cut the spring onions into small rounds.
- Add them into the pot.
- Simmer for few minutes.
