Did you ever know that avocado can be replaced for butter!!!
Avocados are packed with minerals and vitamins. Avocados can reduce your intake of unhealthy calories. By substituting avocado for butter in your baking you will be reducing the calorie intake.
Ingredients :
- 2-3 avocado
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- a pinch of salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
Method:
- Smash the avocado using a hand held mixi.
- Then add honey into it and beat well.
- Vanilla essence into it and beat.
- Add the 3 eggs and mix well.
- Add flour , cocoa powder and baking soda and beat well until well batter is properly mixed.
- Preheat the oven 175C for 10 minutes.
- Pour the batter into a pan and level it.
- Bake it for 20 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool and serve with ice-cream .
