- 1 kg black grapes
- 1 cups sugar
- Rinse the grapes well with baking powder and remove all the stems.
- Place the grapes in a large pot cover with water.
- Boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Add sugar & stir well until it is dissolved.
- Let the mixture cool.
- Blend the mixture in a blender.
- Strain the mixture in a strainer to separate the juice from the pulp and the skin.
- Place it in a refrigerate to cool before serving.
