Grape juice


  • 1 kg black grapes
  • 1 cups sugar
    • Rinse the grapes well with baking powder and remove all the stems.
    • Place the grapes in a large pot cover with water.
    • Boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
    • Add sugar & stir well until it is dissolved.
    • Let the mixture cool.
    • Blend the mixture in a blender.
    • Strain the mixture in a strainer to separate the juice from the pulp and the skin.
    • Place it in a refrigerate to cool before serving.
