- 3 Fully ripe malabar bananas
- Peel and cut the bananas into thin slices.
- 2-3 tbsp sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup maida
- 2 tbsp gram flour
- Beat the egg and sugar.
- Add flour and a little water may be 1/4 cup.Add a pinch of salt and if need a pinch of cardamom powder.
- Oil for frying
- Heat the oil.
- Dip the banana slices in the batter.
- Deep fry to a golden brown.
- Drain the excess oil from the fried banana.
