Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 100 grams butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup warm milk or water
- 1 1/4 cup sugar powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt (optional)
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
Method:
- Beat butter and sugar.
- Add the eggs one at a time until light and fluffy.
- Sieve all the dry ingredients.
- Mix cocoa with milk or water.
- Add the flour mixture and milk mixture alternately and beat well.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 175C for 20minutes using cupcake pan with cases.
