Mutton Korma

  •  1/2 Kg mutton
  • 3 tbsp chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • Tomato paste
    • 3 big tomatoes
    • 10 small onions
      • Grind it together to a fine paste
  • 1 cup water
    • Cook mutton with the tomato paste, ginger garlic paste, chilly powder, salt and water. In a pressure cooker for 5 whistles. Turn down the heat and let it pressure cook until it releases the valve.

  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 4 green chillies
  • Few curry leaves
    • Heat oil add green chillies and curry leaves and fry few minutes.
    • Add the mutton mixture and cook until it reduces to a thick gravy on a slow heat.
Serve hot with Indian rotis.
