- 1 big chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 4 tbsp chilli powder
- 1 cup water
- Add the above ingredients to the cooker and pressure cook for one whistle.
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- Few curry leaves
- Add oil and curry leaves to the gravy.
- Cook until it thickness to a thick gravy.
- 2 boiled eggs
- salt to taste
- Add the eggs and salt to the gravy.
- Cook for few minutes.
