Thari pudding

  • 1/2 cup semolina
    • Soak in water for 10 minutes and then wash well.

  • 1/2 litre milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
    • Boil with semolina and add sugar into it.
    • Reduce heat,  cook until it thicken.

  • 2 strands of saffron
  • 1 tsp of rose water.
    •  Add saffron and rose water into it. Remove from heat.   
    • Pour in a  flat bowl.

  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 5 cashew nuts
  • 5 kismis
    • Heat ghee and then fry chopped cashew nuts int it. 
    • once it turns golden brown add rasins. Remove from the heat.
    • Pour over the  semolina mix.
  • Keep in the refrigerator before serving.
