- 1/2 cup semolina
- Soak in water for 10 minutes and then wash well.
- 1/2 litre milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Boil with semolina and add sugar into it.
- Reduce heat, cook until it thicken.
- 2 strands of saffron
- 1 tsp of rose water.
- Add saffron and rose water into it. Remove from heat.
- Pour in a flat bowl.
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 5 cashew nuts
- 5 kismis
- Heat ghee and then fry chopped cashew nuts int it.
- once it turns golden brown add rasins. Remove from the heat.
- Pour over the semolina mix.
- Keep in the refrigerator before serving.
