Air fry Pakora


  • 2 Medium onions
    •  Slice the onions very thinly and length wise.

  • 1/2 cup besan
  • 2 tbsp rice flour
  • 1tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 gram masala
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp baking powder
    • Add besan, rice flour, chili powder, gram masala powder, turmeric, salt and baking powder and mix well

  • 2 green chilies
  • few strands of coriander leaves.
    • Add the onions, green chillies and coriander leaves. Mix well.

    • 2 tbsp oil.
      • Add the oil and mix well.
      • Add water just enough to make a thick paste.
      • Prepare your air fry with baking sheet paper and brushing it with oil.
      • Scoop using small ice cream scoop the batter and lay them on the tray with space in between.
      • Cook them at 185C for 10 to 15 minutes.
      • If needed spray with oil and turn the side. Cook until it turns brown and crispy.
