- 2 Medium onions
- Slice the onions very thinly and length wise.
- 1/2 cup besan
- 2 tbsp rice flour
- 1tsp chili powder
- 1/2 gram masala
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Add besan, rice flour, chili powder, gram masala powder, turmeric, salt and baking powder and mix well
- 2 green chilies
- few strands of coriander leaves.
- Add the onions, green chillies and coriander leaves. Mix well.
- 2 tbsp oil.
- Add the oil and mix well.
- Add water just enough to make a thick paste.
- Prepare your air fry with baking sheet paper and brushing it with oil.
- Scoop using small ice cream scoop the batter and lay them on the tray with space in between.
- Cook them at 185C for 10 to 15 minutes.
- If needed spray with oil and turn the side. Cook until it turns brown and crispy.
