- 6 slices of bread
- 2 eggs
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- Beat the eggs, milk with sugar.
- Ghee as required
- Heat ghee or butter on a tawa.
- Dip each slice of bread in the egg mixture. Dredging on both sides.
- Place the slices on hot tawa.
- Cook for few minutes until golden brown.
In case you are storing in the fridge. Warm it in the toaster for few minutes.
