KattiPettiappam



    • 2 cups flour
    • 2 eggs
    • 1/2 cup semolina
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1/2 tsp baking powder
    • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
    • 2 tbsp ghee

Method:
  1. Powder the sugar.
  2. Beat the eggs with powdered sugar well.
  3. Add the flour & semolina.
  4. Add the baking powder & cardamom powder.
  5. Add the ghee and mix well. 
  6. Cover and set it aside for 20 minutes.
  7. Take small portions, rolled out about 1/2 cm thick and cut into diamond -shaped pieces.
  8. Deep fry in hot oil( on medium flame) till light brown.
