- 2 Eggs
- 40 gms powdered sugar
- Beat well until light and foam.
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- Mix for few seconds.
- 40 gms flour or cake flour
- Sift the flour into the egg mix.
- Gently fold the flour and mix well.
- Pour the batter into a pan.
- Remove the bubbles using a toothpick.
- Preheat the oven 175C for 10 minutes.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- For Sauce:
- Pour chocolate ganache on top.
