- 2 cups flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup semolina
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- 2 tbsp ghee

Method:
- Powder the sugar.
- Beat the eggs with powdered sugar well.
- Add the flour & semolina.
- Add the baking powder & cardamom powder.
- Add the ghee and mix well.
- Cover and set it aside for 20 minutes.
- Take small portions, rolled out about 1/2 cm thick and cut into diamond -shaped pieces.
- Deep fry in hot oil( on medium flame) till light brown.
