Ingredients:
- 2 cups Flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup of Cocoa powder (since I had 1/4 cup of cocoa powder ,I used 4 tbsp of chocolate chips)
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup Chocolate chips- Semi sweet
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup +2 tbsp Curd (mix 1 tsp vinegar into it)
- 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 cup Milk at room temperature
- 1 and 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
Method:
- Sieve flour, sugar, coco powder, baking soda .
- Mix chocolate chips and keep aside.
- Melt 4 tbsp chocolate chips.
- Add oil, milk, vanilla essence into melted chocolate chips.
- Add eggs and mix well.
- Add curd into it.
- Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix with the a spatula.
- Preheat the oven @ 175°C for 10 minutes.
- Use ice cream scoop to pour the batter into the muffin tray.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the tooth pick comes out clean.
