Ingredients:
- 100 grms semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 tbsp butter soft
- 1 large egg at room temperature
- 75 grms brown sugar
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 1/2tbsp corn starch
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp Milk chocolate chips.

Step By Step
- Melt chocolate and butter in a slow flame (100 in induction ).
- Keep stirring until completely smooth and melted.
- Keep aside.
- Beat egg, sugar and salt until pale and thick.
- Mix in warm chocolate until mixed well.
- Sift cornflour, cocoa powder and baking powder.
- Mix into the mixture.
- Add chocolate chips into it.
- Cover and refrigerate for 30-45 minutes.
- In the mean time , Preheat the oven at 175˚C for 10 minutes.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Scoop the fudgy butter using ice cream scoops into the sheet.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes.
- Leave it cool completely on tray.
