Ingredients:- 1 tbsp dry yeast
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 1/2 flour( all purpose)
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp fresh Rosemary chopped
- 2 tbsp butter
- coarse salt (optional)

Method:- In a deep bowl add warm water, yeast and sugar. Allow the mixture to set for 5-10 mins.
- Add the flour and salt and mix with a spatula.
- Add one tbsp of chopped rosemary into the mixture.
- Mix together with the spatula until smooth and the dough cleans from the sides of the bowl.
- Cover the dough and leave it to rise for 2 hours.
- Knead the dough and divide into 2 half.
- Let the dough rest about 5 to 10 minutes.
- Melt the butter and over the top of the loaves.
- Sprinkle remaining rosemary.
- Let loaves rise again until doubled for 45 mints.
- Preheat the oven for 10 mts at 200°C.
- Bake for 20 mints until lightly browned.
