Soft whole wheat bread








































 Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cup warm water
  • 2 tsp dry yeast
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 55 gms butter
  • 3 1/2 cup flour 
  • 1/2 tsp salt
Method:
  1. Place the warm water in a large and sprinkle the yeast on top. Set aside for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the honey and butter.
  3. Add 1 cup of flour and the salt until moistened. Mix with a spatula.
  4. Then add another 2 cups to 2 1/2 , until dough pulls away cleanly from the sides of the bowl.
  5. Knead on floured surface , until dough is smooth.
  6. Place dough is large greased bowl and cover with plastic wrap.
  7. Let it rise for 1 to 2 hours.
  8. Lightly spray or apply oil to loaf pan.
  9. Place the dough in the loaf and cover it with plastic wrap and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
  10. Preheat the oven to 200°C for 10 minutes.
  11. Bake for 40 minutes or until loaf sounds hollow when lightly tapped.
