- 1 and 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 2 1/4 tsp dry yeast
- 3 cups of bread flour or flour

- Add one and half cup warm water in a deep bowl.
- Salt into it.
- Then sprinkle 3/4 tbsp yeast into it and let it set for 2 minutes.
- Add flour into it.
- Using a spatula mix until it completely comes together and blended.
- Cover with a plastic wrap and let it rise in room temperature for 2 hours.
- Line a cutting board with parchment paper and generously dust with flour.
- Move the dough onto the floured parchment paper.
- Sprinkle little flour on top.
- Preheat the oven at 200C for 10 minutes.
- U will need 2 rack . In the middle rack place the bread dough and cut three slices on top of the dough.
- In the bottom rack place a water pan adding in 1 cup of hot water into it.
- Bake it for 20- to 30 minutes.
- Once done. Remove from the oven and let it cool before cutting it.
