Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
Method:
- Combine all ingredinets until moist and well blended.
- Preheat the oven to 175C/370F.
- Use ice-cream scoop to pour the batter into the cupcake liners. (fill only 3/4)
- Bake for 20- 25 minutes.
