Bala porichath..... Fried Banana


Ingredients:

  • 2 Fully ripe malabar bananas
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2-3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 egg
  • Oil for frying
Method:

Peel and cut the bananas slantwise into slices.
Beat the egg and sugar.
Add flour and a little water may be 1/4 cup.
Add a pinch of salt and if need a pinch of cardamom powder.

Heat the oil.
Dip the banana slices in the batter.
Deep fry to a golden brown.


Drain the excess oil from the fried banana.
