- 200 grams strawberry
- Wash well and cut into small pieces.
- 200 gms sugar
- 1 lime
- Mix the cut strawberry pieces with the sugar.
- Add lime into it.
- Heat it in a heavy bottom sauce pan.
- Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- Bring it to boil stirring continuously.
- Cook until the liquid reduces into a jam consistency.
- Pour the jam into a cleaned sterilized bottle.
- Once it cools then refrigerate it.
