Ingredients:
- 100 grams butter
- 100 grams chocolate (Dark , I used milk)
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup flour
Method:
- In a pan, melt butter and chocolate stirring every few seconds until the mixture is smooth.
- Allow to cool
- In a large bowl combine sugar and egg , beat at a high speed until mixture is fluffy.
- Beat in vanilla and salt.
- Stir in the chocolate mixture, then flour stir until batter is uniform.
- Preheat the oven @ 175C.
- Pour into the pan.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes.
- Slice once the cake is cool.
- Sprinkle icing sugar on top.
