- 1 onion chopped
- 1/2 tomatoe chopped
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 cup leftover squid fry
- 10 leftover idiyappam
Heat a pan with 2 tbsp oil.
Add the chopped onion and fry until it becomes transparent.
Add the chopped tomatoes and fry until it is soft.
Add the gram masala, lime juice and coriander leaves.
Add the leftover squid fry with 2 tbsp water and simmer until the water is absorbed.
Add the leftover idiyappam and mix well.
Serve when it is hot.
