Ingredients:
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 110 gms melted butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
Method:
- In a pan melt butter and stir into it brown sugar.
- once cooled
- Add milk, egg and vanilla essence and mix well.
- Then add the flour, baking soda and salt.
- Mix well.
- Optional one can add nuts of your choice (1/4 cup).
- Preheat the oven to 175C for 10 minutes.
- Scoop the batter into the muffin cups.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
