Its an easy Chicken fry.
Ingredients:
- 800 grams chicken cut into small pieces
- 2 tbsp ginger - garlic crushed
- 8 green chillies sliced
- 1 tbsp pepper
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- salt to taste
- coriander leaves
Method
- Add the above ingredients to the chicken and cook
- Cook until all the water is absorbed.
- Add oil ( 1- 2 tbsp) and fry the masala without the chicken.
- Add the chicken and fry till all the masala mixes well with chicken.
- Sprinkle the coriander leaves in the end.
