Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup Minced mutton cooked or left over mutton from the gravy( if using left over mutton then u need mince them)
- 2 Medium sized potato
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic chopped
- 1 Onion chopped
- 3 Green Chilles
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 Bunch coriander leaves
For dipping and frying:
- 1 Egg
- Bread Crumbs
- Oil for frying
Method:
Boil potato with skin.
Once cooked remove the skin and mash it. Keep it aside.
Heat a pan with 2 tbsp of oil.
Add the chopped onion and saute for few until soft.
Add ginger- garlic.
Add the green chillies, turmeric and salt and saute for few minutes.
Add the minced mutton and chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
Remove from heat.
Add the cooked and mashed potato.
Mix well.
Make small lime size balls and keep aside
Beat the egg in a bowl and keep aside.
Flatten each ball and deep in the egg.
Cover it with breadcrumbs.
Deep fry in hot oil.
Drain the oil and serve.
