Peas cheese Puff







Ingredients:

  • Puff pastry 1 packet
  • 2 cups fresh peas
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tbsp chopped carrots
  • 1 cup of cheese grated





Method

Boil the peas and drain the water out.
Grind peas with ginger garlic paste

Mix the peas mixture with chopped carrots , garam masala , salt and coriander leaves.

Fill each puff pastry with peas mixture and top it with cheese. Fold it.

Brush egg yolk on top of the puff. 

Bake it in a preheated oven  175C for 10 or Philips Air fryer @ 180 for 5 mts then @ 200 for 5 mts.

Broccoli Soup


Ingredients:
  • 500 grams broccoli
  • 1 potato
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper

Method:

  1. Clean and cut the broccoli into small pieces
  2. Cut the potato in small cubes.
  3. Melt a tbsp of butter in a pot at medium flame.
  4. Add potatoes, garlic, broccoli in the butter and saute for few minutes
  5. Add 2 cups of water and boil for another 10 minutes.
  6. Let it cool and puree the soup using a blender.
  7. Pour back into the pot and simmer for few minutes.
  8. Add salt and pepper before serving.

Note: if one need to add cream , they may do so before simmering( 2 tbsp).
