<li>In a deep bowl add warm water, yeast and sugar. Allow the mixture to set for 5-10 mins.</li>
<li>Add the flour and salt and mix with a spatula.</li>
<li>Add one tbsp of chopped rosemary into the mixture.</li>
<li>Mix together with the spatula until smooth and the dough cleans from the sides of the bowl.</li>
<li>Cover the dough and leave it to rise for 2 hours.</li>
<li>Knead the dough and divide into 2 half.</li>
<li>Let the dough rest about 5 to 10 minutes.</li>
<li>Melt the butter and over the top of the loaves. </li>
<li>Sprinkle remaining rosemary.</li>
<li>Let loaves rise again until doubled for 45 mints.</li>
<li>Preheat the oven for 10 mts at 200°C.</li>
<li>Bake for 20 mints until lightly browned.</li>

Method:</div>

<li>Place the warm water in a large and sprinkle the yeast on top. Set aside for 5 minutes.</li>
<li>Add the honey and butter.</li>
<li>Add 1 cup of flour and the salt until moistened. Mix with a spatula.</li>
<li>Then add another 2 cups to 2 1/2 , until dough pulls away cleanly from the sides of the bowl.</li>
<li>Knead on floured surface , until dough is smooth.</li>
<li>Place dough is large greased bowl and cover with plastic wrap.</li>
<li>Let it rise for 1 to 2 hours.</li>
<li>Lightly spray or apply oil to loaf pan.</li>
<li>Place the dough in the loaf and cover it with plastic wrap and let it rise for another 30 minutes.</li>
<li>Preheat the oven to 200°C for 10 minutes.</li>
<li>Bake for 40 minutes or until loaf sounds hollow when lightly tapped.</li>

<li>In a cold skillet combine olive oil, garlic and crushed pepper.</li>
<li>Place the pan over a low heat and cook for 5 to 10 minutes before the garlic turns brown.</li>
<li>Set aside.</li>
<li>In a large bowl combine warm water, yeast and honey. Stir and let it sit for 5 minutes.</li>
<li>Add 1 cup of flour and 1/4 cup of the oil mixture into it. </li>
<li>Stir until the flour has moistened. Leave it to sit for another 5 minutes.</li>
<li>Stir in the remaining flour and salt into it.</li>
<li>When the dough comes together, move into a floured surface and knead until smooth.</li>
<li>Transfer the dough into large oiled bowl, cover with a damp towel and let rise for 2 hours.</li>
<li>Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 200°C.</li>
<li>Use a little remaining oil to pour on the baking sheet.</li>
<li>Then the dough to the baking sheet , press it down into the pan. Use your fingers to dimple the dough. Then drizzle the top with the remaining garlic oil mixture.</li>
<li>Let the dough rise for 20 minutes until it puffs slightly.</li>
<li>Bake until golden brown for 20-25 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean. </li>
<li>Cool baked focaccia bread on a wire rack.</li>

<li>Add one and half cup warm water in a deep bowl.</li>
<li>Salt into it.</li>
<li>Then sprinkle 3/4 tbsp yeast into it and let it set for 2 minutes.</li>
<li>Add flour into it. </li>
<li>Using a spatula mix until it completely comes together and blended.</li>
<li>Cover with a plastic wrap and let it rise in room temperature for 2 hours.</li>
<li>Line a cutting board with parchment paper and generously dust with flour.</li>
<li>Move the dough onto the floured parchment paper.</li>
<li>Sprinkle little flour on top.</li>
<li>Preheat the oven at 200C for 10 minutes.</li>
<li>U will need 2 rack . In the middle rack place the bread dough and cut three slices on top of the dough.</li>
<li> In the bottom rack place a water pan adding in 1 cup of hot water into it.</li>
<li>Bake it for 20- to 30 minutes.</li>
<li>Once done. Remove from the oven and let it cool before cutting it.</li>

Ingredients:<br />

<li>2 ripe mangoes</li>
<li>1/2 tsp turmeric powder</li>
<li>1/2 tsp chilli powder</li>
<li>1/4 of coconut scrape</li>
<li>1/2 tsp cumin </li>
<li>3 tbsp curd</li>
<li>1/2 tsp fenugreek powder</li>
<li>1 tbsp coconut oil</li>
<li>1tsp mustard</li>
<li>1 dry red chilli cut into 2</li>
<li>curry leaves</li>
<li>salt to taste.</li>
</ul>

Method:</div>

<li>In a pan cook the ripe mangoes, chilli powder ,turmeric powder and salt with 2 cups of water.</li>
<li>Grind the coconut and cumin to fine paste.</li>
<li>Add the coconut paste once the water has reduced to half of the quantity.</li>
<li>Then add the curd.</li>
<li>Do not over cook , just seamer.</li>
<li>Allow it cool and then sprinkle fenugreek powder over it.</li>
<li>Remove from the heat.</li>
<ul>
<li>In a pan heat the oil.</li>
<li>Add curry leaves, mustard and red chillies.</li>
</ul>
<li>Pour the oil mix over the mango curry.</li>
</ul>
