Peas cheese Puff


  • Puff pastry 1 packet
  • 2 cups fresh peas
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tbsp chopped carrots
  • 1 cup of cheese grated


Boil the peas and drain the water out.
Grind peas with ginger garlic paste

Mix the peas mixture with chopped carrots , garam masala , salt and coriander leaves.

Fill each puff pastry with peas mixture and top it with cheese. Fold it.

Brush egg yolk on top of the puff. 

Bake it in a preheated oven  175C for 10 or Philips Air fryer @ 180 for 5 mts then @ 200 for 5 mts.
