- 1 kg crab cut and cleaned
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 3 tbsp chilli paste ( Or chilli powder mixed in tamarind water)
- salt to taste
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 spring curry leaves
- Oil for frying
Cook crab with chili paste, salt and coconut.
Add 1/4 cup of water cover the pot and cook.
Heat oil in a deep pan.
Add curry leaves along with crushed garlic and fry for a minute.
Add the cooked crab mix into it and fry for few minutes.
