Ingredients:
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 salt
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1 cup hot water
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
Method:
- Mix everything in a bowl until you get a thin batter.
- Pour them into muffin tins with cupcake liners. (Use ice cream scoop to pour them)
- Preheat the oven @175C for 10minutes.
- Bake them until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
If you need you can top it up with Butter cream icing.
