Bread Porichathu





6 slices of bread
2 eggs
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp milk
ghee or oil for frying

Beat the eggs, milk with sugar.
Heat ghee or oil.
Dip each slice of bread in the egg mixture and put it in the hot oil( I use oil ).
Shallow fry to a golden brown and remove.
